For your school

The service, at a glance.

A shareable overview for principals, operations leaders, student services and safeguarding colleagues.

What the service does

MyJourney provides first-line remote student support during agreed evenings, overnight periods and weekends. It establishes the immediate concern, coordinates practical help within scope, escalates where required and records significant actions for handover.

What it does not replace

Your school retains safeguarding leadership, statutory responsibilities and formal management decisions. MyJourney is not an emergency service or medical provider, and does not conduct safeguarding investigations.

Confirm what happens when contacts are unavailable and how active incidents transfer at the end of cover.

Commercial scope

The service agreement defines the fee and scope. Core remote coordination, significant incident logging and normal handover sit within the agreed retainer. Physical attendance, additional scope and approved third-party costs are treated separately.
