Your private results
These results reflect your answers, not an independent review of your procedures. A high score does not establish that arrangements work in practice. Your school retains safeguarding leadership and formal management decisions.

Your action plan
Essential arrangements marked “No / not sure” come first, followed by other gaps and arrangements that need more consistent practice.

How the check works
The five areas cover emergency response, safeguarding and escalation, medical and welfare arrangements, incident management and operational resilience. Adult-only schools receive adapted questions about escalation, missing learners and responsibilities.
“Yes, documented and tested” scores 2; “Partly / not consistently” scores 1; “No / not sure” scores 0. Your percentage is the total out of 30. A score of 85% or above indicates established arrangements reported; 65–84% indicates targeted improvements; below 65% indicates significant review. These thresholds are MyJourney’s own guide, not an external standard.
Questions 1–5, 7, 10, 11 and 14 are treated as essential arrangements. Any “No / not sure” response to these changes the overall status to “Priority review needed”, regardless of your percentage. All answers below “Yes, documented and tested” appear in your action plan.
The check is based on your answers and does not verify evidence, certify compliance or predict an inspection outcome. Keep your school’s procedures and professional judgement at the centre of any follow-up.
