Website information introduces the service. Your signed service agreement defines the actual arrangement.
Scope and authority
Cover hours, responsibilities, authorised contacts, fees, escalation, recording and handover are agreed with the education provider. The core service is remote first-line support and coordination.
Additional services and costs
Physical attendance and other work outside the core scope require a separate arrangement. Approved third-party costs are additional to the service fee as set out in the agreement.
