Your enquiry information.

Last updated 12 September 2026. How we use information when you contact MyJourney through this website or by email.

Who is responsible

MYJOURNEY INTERNATIONAL LTD is the controller of business enquiry information. Registered in England and Wales, company no. 17430456. Registered office: 16 Littledown Drive, Bournemouth, BH7 7AQ. Contact hello@myjourneyinternational.com about your information.

What we collect and why

The form asks for your name, work email and school or organisation. Your telephone number and description of the cover you need are optional. We use these details to answer your enquiry and discuss the service you requested. Providing information is voluntary, but we need contact details to respond.

Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: responding to business enquiries and operating a secure enquiry service. We do not add you to a marketing list when you submit the form.

Who processes an enquiry

The website uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare hosting infrastructure. Resend sends the enquiry email to our Google Workspace mailbox. These providers process information needed to host, protect, deliver and store the enquiry. We do not sell enquiry information.

These providers operate internationally, including in the United States; information may be processed outside the UK. Their published data processing terms describe their transfer arrangements and contractual safeguards. You can ask us for details relevant to your enquiry. Provider information: OpenAI, Cloudflare, Resend and Google Workspace.

How long we keep it

We delete unsuccessful business enquiry correspondence six months after the last contact. If an enquiry becomes a client relationship, information needed to deliver and administer that service is handled under the relevant service arrangements. Information we must retain to meet a legal obligation or deal with a legal claim is kept only for that purpose.

The website database holds submission references, status and security metadata, rather than the name, email, telephone number or message. Receipt metadata older than 23 hours and expired ten-minute rate-limit records are removed when subsequent submissions trigger cleanup. Hosting and email providers also operate their own service logs and backups.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or restrict its use. The rights available depend on the circumstances.

You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email us at the address above to exercise this right or ask a privacy question.

You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office if you are unhappy with how your information is handled.

Website security and tracking

Technical information, including an IP-derived security identifier, helps limit spam and repeated submissions. The website has no advertising trackers or marketing subscription. We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects through automated processing.

Student information

This form is for business enquiries. Do not send student names, medical information, safeguarding concerns or incident records here. Supported students should use the contact details supplied by their school. Student-support records are handled through the arrangements agreed with the education provider.
